Please use this form to submit help, support, training and change requests to Open. Using this form will ensure requests are logged and directed to the appropriate team member.

For new project briefs or other non-support related questions, please contact us through the usual channels.

Please be as detailed as possible. If reporting an error, please include your operating system and browser type and version, any error message you have received, and the steps taken to get there. If reporting issues with specific website pages, please also ensure you provide full URL's to the offending pages (copy the full address from your browser address bar).
If you are experiencing a visual or layout issue, we'll need a screen grab of what you are seeing. To get a screen grab on Windows, press 'PrintScrn' key to capture, then open 'Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint', press 'Ctrl+V' to paste, then save file as JPEG. On a Mac, press ⇧⌘3 to capture a screen grab as a file to the desktop.

 

Please note, if you do not have an existing support agreement in place, responses to ad-hock support requests are charged at £20 per enquiry, plus £60 per hour. Any resulting work is charged at the rates outlined in our standard Rate Card.

Change requests for alterations to existing projects are not charged. Planning time will be scheduled, with an estimate created to be agreed prior to commencement of any work. For more information please see our Terms of Business
